Blazers
The Nike Blazer was first released in 1973, just two years after Blue Ribbon Sports gained a new 'Swoosh' logo and changed its name to Nike. Their most popular release was the 1977 and 1988 style. Originally Blazers were made for basketball but over the years, the Nike Blazer has transcended multiple markets, including skateboarding, and most recently, the luxury sector. Limited-edition models with designer brands such as Supreme, Comme des Garçons, and Virgil Abloh’s Off-White are not uncommon with the blazer industry. The common style will forever be a trend. Kids these days have adapted them into their weekly shoe rotations.
